I can offer you new insights and possibilities for your life and wellbeing by sharing what and how I see - from the mystical to the practical, micro to the macro, mundane to the magical. *Stepping into the wild terrain of unfamiliar territory, both physically and metaphorically, is what I do and what I love!

My experiences are vast and varied:

In a nutshell...

For 40+ years, I've created art and facilitated workshops, retreats, classes, trainings, support groups and programmes ("Dance Our Way Home", "DAILY DANCE", "RADICAL RADIANCE"), in Canada, The USA, India and Thailand.

  • I’ve authored and illustrated two books, "She Reflects: A Spiral Journey for the Feminine Soul" and “She Reflects Journal & Colouring Book".

  • I've hand-crafted and/or designed art, jewelry and accessories in Canada, the USA, India and Vietnam - including a clothing line (and boutique) in Bali and East Village, NYC. And most recently, I've been beading and painting.

  • I've DJed (and co-founded) “The Move”, an ecstatic dance community, and dances in BC and festivals in the USA. Presently, I'm DJing for "Rise and Shine Shake", an online morning dance, with sets on my website, Spotify and MixCloud.

  • I recorded a guided imagery MP3 titled, “UNWIND”. I've performed improvisational (solo and collaborative) dances in Bali, Toronto, Philadelphia and NYC.

  • I was associate producer for the “Fantasy Worldwide Film Festival”, and art director for “Uproar Magazine” (for a hot-minute). Since 1973, I’ve been a world traveller (mostly solo), creating homes in Toronto, NYC, Philadelphia, Bali and Wales.

  • Presently, I hold twice-weekly online co-working time for makers called Open Studio: Creativity in Community, and created “Calling In the Muse” Open Studio Exhibition & Salon (May 18 - July 13, 2020).
